JAY - BOXING FITNESS COACH

Jay has 10+ experience in boxing and most importantly, he loves boxing. Boxing is his passion and he wants to share his knowledge with his clients. He helps his clients lose weight and get in shape through customized workout routines with a combination of boxing fundamentals, techniques, and conditioning. His mission is to help clients look good, feel good, and perform well.
CHOOSE YOUR WORKOUT
Sessions go for approximately 1 hour and a typical session will learn a warm-up routine, jump rope basics, and boxing fundamentals. You will learn proper stance, proper balance, and different punches. Then from there depending on progress, you will learn how to properly footwork while throwing a punch. You will also learn fundamental boxing defense. Every session will depend on the progress and skill level.
